Terms and Conditions for Camera Repair or Replace

Please read through the following carefully to ensure that your camera falls within the terms of warranty

The camera must be under 12-months old and you must supply a copy of your proof of purchase.

Your 12-month manufacturers warranty covers failures due to defective components only. If your camera has failed due to accidental damage, your 12-month warranty is void and any repairs will be chargeable. (accidental damage typically refers to impact damage or contamination by liquid or foreign substances)

If you have a valid Fujifilm Superwarranty please enclose your policy number and a copy of your proof of purchase with your camera.
