Eligibility Information

To be eligible for a warranty repair, your camera must be less than 12 months old and you must supply a copy of your receipt. Your twelve month manufacturers warranty covers failures due to defective components only. If upon inspection, your camera is found to have suffered accidental damage an estimate will be provided

Please note the address field below is also the RETURN address for your repair. Please provide an address at which you will be able to sign for your returned product between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Also please be aware we can not deliver to PO box addresses.
